Product Description

SMT pick and place machine is newly developed vertical machine. X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis use high precision straight slide. They make the positioning more accurate. Multi-V ision System: one down-looking camera. Up vision system includes four small cameras and one big camera. It can save time that four nozzles will be examined over four cameras at the same time. So the mount speed of machine is faster than before. The machine has added new research and development automatic transmission system. The maximum mounting length is 600mm. It can satisfy more people's requirement.
